Go to User\Documents\MountBlade Warband Savegames\Native, select and copy your savegames (sg00,sg01,etc), go up to User\Documents\MountBlade Warband Savegames, create a new folder named "Diplomacy (Steam Workshop)" (assuming you downloaded it from the workshop), paste your savegames inside it. Should work! However, the Mount and Blade: Warband mod Diplomacy makes the single player campaign much deeper than almost any other mod. You see, a new addition to Warband is a much greater emphasis on Kingdom Management, and diplomacy allows for a great deal of freedom in that department. I suggest you play Warband Vanilla first, then, when you start knowing your way around, Diplomacy, of better, Floris (which includes Diplomacy by the way, like most of the other mods) - Download the mods, sorry but I kind of forgot where they're supposed to land: perhaps that 'ugc or userfolder' folder somewhere in Application support as well.

Warband's savegame structure is 1 folder per module under Documents\MountBlade Warband Savegames\ so simply copy over savegames from Native to the Diplomacy folder (or create it if it does not exist yet).
